A player for the media you already own

INFUSION plays the media you own: files on your network, your own Jellyfin server, and the catalogs and streams the add-ons you install provide.

What it is

INFUSION is a TV-native player and browser for media you are entitled to: your own Jellyfin server, and the add-ons you install yourself. It is built for a television first — large type, high contrast, and every control reachable with a D-pad, a remote or a keyboard.

What it is not

INFUSION is not a content service. It hosts, indexes and supplies nothing — no catalog, no index, no bundled media. There is no INFUSION account, no telemetry and no analytics, and it is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, Jellyfin, Stremio, TMDB, OMDb, Simkl, Trakt, MDBList, TheIntroDB or any add-on author.

What it does

• Your own Jellyfin server

  Connect a server you run yourself, then browse its libraries and play from it with INFUSION's own player.

• Stremio-compatible add-ons

  Install the add-ons you choose. Their catalogs, metadata and streams show up inside INFUSION; installing one is always a review step you approve.

• Discover and Search

  Browse rows and search across the sources you have connected, instead of one add-on at a time.

• Continue watching

  Home brings your in-progress films and episodes together, including progress from your Jellyfin server.

• Metadata and artwork

  Titles are described from TMDB metadata, in one consistent presentation whatever source they came from.

• Optional community ratings

  If you provide an OMDb API key, community scores appear alongside the details.

• Optional watch tracking

  Connect Simkl, Trakt or MDBList to keep your watching history in sync. You connect them yourself and can disconnect them at any time.

• Intro and segment markers

  Intro, recap and credits markers for the episodes you play, looked up from TheIntroDB and IntroDB.app.

• Profiles that stay on the device

  Profiles, watch state, progress and your configured servers are stored on your device. Android backup is switched off for the app.

• No account, anywhere

  There is nothing to sign up for. Every credential INFUSION holds is one you entered for a service you chose.

Public alpha

This is a public alpha: it is early, it can change, and it can break. Back up anything you would mind losing.

INFUSION is not distributed through an app store. You install it yourself, and updates are installed the same way — see Install. The app can tell you when a newer public alpha exists, but the install is always confirmed by you in Android's own installer.
